Wild Bryde Jewelry began in 1980 in the garage of the house I shared with my former partner,
Tracy Holzman, in beautiful WILD Cat Canyon on McBRYDE Avenue, Richmond, California.
Always an avid naturalist , I studied art and botany, and rounded this off with a degree in illustration
from the California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland.

Our line includes over 8,000 species-specific animal, plant and nature designs in the form of earrings,
pins, necklaces, bracelets, anklets and barrettes.
We are proud to have accounts throughout the U.S. at national parks ,
natural history museums, nature preserves, zoos and many gift stores.

From the beginning my aim has remained the same:
to create beautiful, affordable, high-quality nature jewelry made entirely in the USA.
We make earrings, pins, necklaces, bracelets, anklets and barrettes.
The jewelry itself is etched in recycled brass and each piece is hammered by hand
using a special plannishing tool.
This hand-hammering technique gives the jewelry subtle facets which catch the light,
and makes our pieces attractive and distinctive from near and far!
The final stage is the plating process.
We use gold-plate and/or a rhodium finish (a special, non-tarnishing alloy that looks like silver).
Earwires are 14k goldfill or sterling silver.
