shell this
gem comes from is

Canada.
The Blackfoot Indians
believed it would help provide
food and used it in bison hunting
ceremonies wrapped in a
medicine bundle.
In 1981 the International Colored Gemstone Commission
recognized this organic
gemstone as 'Ammonite'.
