Dispite what my gift message said I have to confess that this lamp is so
amazing. It really is a unique one of a kind piece. My husband went nuts for
it! His favorite creature in the world is the octopus. It is very difficult
to find anything with an octopus on it and when I went to yahoo.com and
searched for octopus gifts I could not believe my eyes when I saw a link to
this lamp. It really has made his 21st birthday a day he will not forget!
The pictures don't lie, he was shocked and thrilled!! I would have paid so
much for this lamp as well. I can not believe HOW inexpensive it was!! Thank
you so much for selling such amazing products!!

We don't calculate the shipping charges for our products.
If you choose UPS, they have "fuel surcharge" added.
What we do is basically change the shipping method from UPS to USPS, and we have always adjusted the charges before billing our customer.
If you read our webpage "Customer Comments", you will see how we have always done this procedure.

If you use USPS, it shouldn't be more than $7.00, but in either case, I charge what the shipping is.
I ship the items, get the charges, then I bill the customers.

For your sake, I think it would make sense to let customers know ahead
somehow that the shipping can be a LOT less; normally, I wouldn't have
emailed you and just gotten it somewhere else.

method. My wife saw the "Sea Otter Necklace" at a small shop along the Lake
Superior Northshore earlier this Fall. I was fortunate enough to find it
via Google in your shop.
She just mentioned the necklace to me yesterday and suggested that we make a
trip up to the Northshore sometime in January. Since I am giving her the
necklace for Christmas, you not only saved me some shipping expense, you may

Just a note to let you know what a great help your nice, succinct jewelry glossary has been to my staff.
We write copy for a fashion catalog, and I had a feeling we were using incorrect terminology in describing our very low-end jewelry items. It is pretty, sparkly, low-priced stuff, and little else. We needed to goose the copy a bit, while remaining completely truthful (trust me, we aren't competition to anybody in this field). Your glossary is a huge help. Found it through
